Windows 10 Forums is an independent web site and has not been authorized.Question is, how is that supported in Win 10 If for example Dell only supports this to Win 8, you could try the appropriate Win 8 driver.

I right clicked on it and let Windows search for the driver and it applied the driver and voila, I no longer saw that anymore. ACPI specifies how a computers basic inputoutput system, operating system, and peripheral devices communicate with each other about power usage. You may not need it at all, your BIOS will probably handle it fine. It wouldnt bother be too much but I,m selling this laptop and want to have it perfect although everything works perfect. After installing Windows 10 anniversary update, I get the following error in the device manger: Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed). Fresh install of Windows 10 and the last driver I need to sort out is the above. I believe it is my powered USB 3 hub to which I plug in my keyboard and mouse. Technically it is working but I dont like seeing yellow triangles on devices. I have a problem that bugs me for years, I never intentionally solved it, sometimes those errors disappears and all USB ports work fine, sometimes they do not. I basically just have a lot of random questions to be honest. Probably easy for a lot of you If you could work with me just a little bit that would be so much appreciated. Was using wireless, so switched to an Ethernet cable, but still no luck.
